To accelerate housing creation, our standardized building system reorganizes the process flow to minimize total development costs, build times and risk.
Site Acquisition
25 sites have been secured throughout the country in urban infill markets where demand is highest. Sites are selected for maximum market penetration, optimal density, with visibility of hard costs.
Standardized Production
Modules are manufactured in our factory utilizing DOMO’s industrialized construction process. Modules consist of 1 br., 2 br. units, stairwells, and elevator shafts.
Site Work
Each DOMO module ships as a single truck load, without need for wide-load regulation. Modules are crane-lowered and locked into place utilizing a patented connection system. Civil, foundations, and utilities are completed by the on-site GC.
